Modified on Thu, 5 Oct, 2023 at 2:11 PM

Family founder or another administrator can invite new members without their email:

From the FamilyWall app:

  • Click on the "My Family" section from the main screen
  • Click on “Invite new members” at the bottom of the screen to access the invitation screen
  • You have different options to invite. Choose "Create a Child account". Note that it is relevant for children without email but can also be used for any other member without email.
  • You will then have to create an account with a Name and credentials (login and password)
  • You will receive this information on your email

Then, you will have to give these credentials (login and password) to the account in order to log in to FamilyWall.

From the Web:

  • Click on “Settings” on the left menu
  • Click on "Family Members"
  • click on “Add a new member” at the bottom of the screen.
  • Choose to invite by Account Creation. Then create an account with a Name and credentials (login and password)
  • You will receive this information on your email

Then, you will have to give these credentials (login and password) to the account in order to log in to FamilyWall.

Please note that a member without email will not be considered an administrator of the circle. By default it is a simple member. These accounts can only change or delete the content they publish. Only administrators can delete and change content from other members.

The Founder of the circles and the administrators can manage the administration rights of the members of the circle in the "My Family" section by accessing the Family setting (Top right icon).
