Join a Circle

To join a Circle, an existing Circle member must invite you. 

If you are a new user, follow these steps to redeem a Circle Invitation:

1. Tap on the link you have received on your phone or press the "Join" button from the invitation email.
2. Complete your account details with your email and password that will be used to connect to your FamilyWall Account
3. Download the FamilyWall app on Apple Appstore or Google Playstore or Connect to the FamilyWall website.
4. Once you have downloaded the FamilyWall App or connected to the FamilyWall website, press Login 
5. Accept the terms and conditions
6. You will automatically log in to your new Circle.

If you’re an existing user, follow these steps to redeem a Circle Invitation:

1. Open the FamilyWall app
2. A popup invitation will appear
3. Accept or decline the invitation
