Notifications are not received on Android phones

Here are below the actions to recover your notifications:

1 - Go to the phone settings:

Please ensure to have the power saving functions disabled in the Battery section :

  • Disable "Put unused apps to sleep"
  • Remove FamilyWall from the list of "sleeping apps"

Go to the Apps section

  • Select FamilyWall
  • Allow background activity in the battery section

Note: you can find these menus by using the search function on your phone settings

2 - Go to the FamilyWall app settings (top right icon of the home screen):
  • Click on "Manage notifications"
  • Check that all the lights are green

3 - Finally, log out and log in to the FamilyWall app if you are still not receiving notifications:
  • Go to the FamilyWall app settings (top right icon of the home screen)
  • Click on the "Disconnect" button located at the top right corner
  • Once disconnected, click on the "Connection" button then reconnect with your login and password

These actions should fix the notification issues. If after these actions you still do not receive any reminders, uninstall the application and then reinstall it.
