How to validate your email?

When you first create your account or change your credentials, you need to validate your email to make sure the information entered belongs to you. We will not block you for a certain period of time to use the service if the email is not validated. The application will just display a red banner informing you that the email is not validated.


After having created your account or changed your account, an email is sent to your mailbox. Just follow the steps below to validate your Email.

  • Open your mailbox
  • Open the email Validate your Email
  • Press on the Validate button
  • Your default browser will be opened
  • Wait until you get the confirmation of the validation from the FamilyWall site
  • You can close the browser and mailbox


Once validated, a green check mark and mention next to your new email will be on your profile.
