Change or reset your FamilyWall password

To reset Your Password if you are not logged in:

From mobile application

1. Open the FamilyWall app
2. Tap on Log in
3. Press "I forgot my password"
4. Type the email that you use to log in to FamilyWall.

5. Press Enter

From the Web:

1. Click on https://www.familywall.com/password_forgotten.php 
2. Enter the email you use to log in to FamilyWall.
3. Press Enter
   

   
   

An email with the instructions to create a new password will be sent to your email. If you do not see it in your mailbox, look at the spam folder where it could have been filtered.

Once you have created the new password. Open the application, press login, and enter your email and new password to connect to your circle.

To change your password if you're already logged in:

From FamilyWall application

1. open FamilyWall app
2. Tap on Settings
3. Choose "Manage Account"
4. Browse down and press "Change Password"

5. Enter your current password and new password 

6. Click Save Changes

From the FamilyWall Web site:

1. Launch the FamilyWall Web site 
2. Log in to your account
3. Tap on Settings on the left menu
4. Choose "Security & Privacy"

5. Enter your current password and new password 

6. Click Save 

Note: If you are logged in but forgot your password, follow the steps under Change Password, then click Forgot Password? and follow the steps to reset. Remember that you will need access to the email address associated with your account.
